We’re looking for a Public Relations & Communications Specialist who is excited to pitch stories and connect with producers every day to expand our brand reach and presence. Our ideal candidates can juggle multiple projects and make an impact by leveraging past experiences and networks to obtain key placements. You’ll have impact on our brand messaging, and provide guidance around where we need to be. Finally, you’ll need to be comfortable working behind the scenes and in front of the camera (or microphone) as our face and voice in the market.

If you have at least 1 year of experience at an agency in PR, love working with start-up and early stage companies, and have either worked or represented tech industry companies, we want to talk to you!

WHAT WE NEED:

 

The Employee and Subscriber Communications Specialist (HR) is responsible for providing administrative and tactical support to our internal and external clients. This role will help to ensure consistency and content excellence across our internal employee communications during orientation and training, along with support for the ongoing development of our vUniversity subscriber content.

 

Our ideal candidate will have past experience around new hire onboarding, candidate screening, and training (content creation focused). You should consider yourself flexible, organized and able to respond to changing priorities and tasks.

 

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of HR related work or experience either in recruiting, training or as a generalist. Strong technology skills to include comfort working with WordPress, design software (Photoshop / InDesign), LMS and CRM systems is a must.

What We Need: The vCounselor position is the first point of human contact for our platform. The role will consist of providing helpful insight to our candidate subscribers and guide them on how to best utilize our site. Moreover, the vCounselor will have the ability to engage our candidate subscribers and help them navigate through our Online Candidate Self-Learning Bootcamp and help them understand their DISC personality test results. All tasks will be assigned with an effort assist candidates complete the most comprehensive profile that best represents them.

 

This is a 1099-contractor position, with remote (home-based) work possibilities. Part-time and Full-time schedules are available.

What We Need: Our subscriber solutions team is the first point of contact for our recruiter and candidate subscribers who have general questions or are experiencing challenges using our platform.  The role will consist of general help-desk support as it relates to our solution, general subscription renewal questions, and other support as needed. 

 

This is a full-time position based out of our Tempe, AZ office. 

What we’ve got: This is a great chance for an experienced and highly driven sales professional to define their role within a startup. In the role of Director of Business Development (DBD), the ideal candidate will introduce a new subscription to a cloud-based platform protecting the client’s brand when downsizing or layoffs occur.  As many believe onboarding practices are vital we believe it is just as important with offboard transitioning workforce members. 

 

 

The DBD is responsible for developing relationships with enterprise clients such as national  employer benefit providers and outplacement companies who are looking to provide added value to their customers as well as building our Enterprise customers in the  Phoenix area. This role has unlimited commission potential and is a great way for the candidate to define their future role in our company. 

 

 

What we need: The best way to describe you would be as a People-Person with social selling sales experience. You are driven by doing the right thing and value providing a solution with a purpose. Your ultimate goal is to assist customers with solving complex potential or current issues with a simplistic solution. You are personable, friendly, flexible, a high-achiever, outgoing and are down to earth and practical. You are the eyes and ears in the marketplace for our company and will help shape the over sales process based on your intel. 

 

You are an energetic, entrepreneurial-minded, and tech-savvy sales professional. You have a background in technical product or SaaS sales environments, so you know how to get past the “gatekeepers”, develop relationships, prepare and deliver solid product demos online to ultimately close business. You will work closely with founders and other management team members.

 

 

This is a full-time position, based out of our Tempe, AZ office.
