It was created to expedite the hiring process by mapping out digital communications that will seamlessly present prescreened candidates to recruiting professionals. Candidates can directly be connected to our vetted and verified professional recruiters or staffing agencies with more information regarding their desired career needs and experiences. We are creating a community where candidates can access information through our online vUniversity learning center, webinars and blogs to provide candidates with current information on preparing for a career change or career advancement.

Candidate and Recruiter Monthly Subscriptions:  You may cancel your subscription at any time. You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the monthly billing cycle in which you cancel. Once your account has been billed, all sales are final and there will be no refunds.

Candidate Free Trial or Employer Paid Subscriptions:  After your first 90 days, you will automatically be billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the monthly billing cycle in which you cancel. Once your account has been billed, all sales are final and there will be no refunds.

Recruiter Free Trial Subscriptions: After free trial, you will automatically be billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the monthly billing cycle in which you cancel. Once your account has been billed, all sales are final and there will be no refunds.

How to Cancel

Send an email to with the following subject line: Cancel Subscription.  Please state your reason for cancellation and your first and last name in the body of the email.  We will respond to your emails as soon as possible, but please take into consideration office hours.

Job search boards do help you to see how many opportunities are available. But they can be very overwhelming and do require a lot of search effort on your part. Even still, once you openly apply on a public search board, your resume is automatically available for all to see, even your employer. offers candidates the ability to be available for new career opportunities on a confidential, private platform. Your profile will only be seen by recruiters with job openings.  This prevents people from posting fake job positions to collect your information as does occur on the public job boards. also lets you provide more information about what types of jobs you are looking for, your work experiences and what motivates you as you advance in your career. We provide you with the job placement tools to be more competitive in a race between your competition along with tools such as a mobile app and our dual Employment Relationship Manager, which will help you manage the job search process and all communications between recruiters and you without having to create a separate, manual-based spreadsheet.

You are paying not only to access our platform but, more importantly, to utilize the expertise of our team and our digital communication and tracking systems, which keeps candidates informed like never before.

You are investing in yourself and honing in on what is important to you in a job and company, which will save you time, money and future job switches due to accepting a job that’s a poor fit, which does happen. Within the first month, through our Boot Camp program and a 45-minute session with one of our vCounselors, including a mock job interview, you will have the career development tools in place to successfully interview with Recruiters and hiring managers and be well-prepared for the job opportunities that fit you well.

Our fee includes the first month’s subscription, and our low-cost monthly fee of $15 per month, starting in Month 2, is worth knowing that your information is in the confines of a confidential platform.

To help you become a competitively strong, viable and well-prepared candidate, we have created a 9-step online tutorial, a self-learning program, which will provide you with the knowledge, guidance and career advancement tools to present the best of yourself. You will learn about resume writing, preparing for job interviews, how to work with recruiters and more.


We encourage you to complete this tutorial upon signing up as it will prepare you for your job search and will expedite the process that recruiters work through to present you to hiring companies.

Our Boot Camp focuses on your personal development, brand development and career development. Most other online programs or videos only cover one or two of those areas. We take you through activities, check-sheets and even a 30-day journal to help you commit to the work and improve your performance in searching for your best next career opportunity. Plus, at the end you will in a stronger position when connected with the vetted recruiters who will be searching for you.


Our Boot Camp program focuses on your hard and soft skills. It is interactive and participatory in nature, giving you a more holistic understanding of yourself as a candidate.

vCounselors are our team members who have been employed within the human resources and recruiting industries. They are available to help you with on-boarding onto our platform should you need assistance with creating your profile and, importantly, will be available to you for questions and for a mock job interview session. They will also check in with you from time to time to offer a few tips to garner more visibility if your search and communication activity slows down. Those who have purchased our Premium Subscription can opt to have our vCounselors review their Candidate Personality DNA (personality test) as an add-on purchase.

There are many variables to a job search, including how specific or broad your search is, the level of the role you are looking for and how aggressive you are in finding your next home. That said, the average search time is 2 – 4 months from the time you start seriously searching until you are made an offer.

One of our vCounselors will give you a follow up call to check your progress. We will discuss your job requirements, flexibility, timelines, and more to facilitate finding career opportunities. This is also why maintaining your subscription is only $15 per month.

You will be presenting yourself to employers as a viable and serious candidate with the initiative showing that you’re ready and available for job opportunities.

Though no career platform can guarantee that you will be placed, we believe that by creating a full profile on our site you will have more of a chance to be seen as a “viable” candidate to our recruiting professional subscribers. This means it will require you to fully participate by completing the areas in your profile to help you increase your chances of finding your next career adventure. Like anything in life, one must be realistic and manage one’s expectations. We strive to help with managing your expectations in finding a new career path by providing the tools that will best showcase your needs, talents and experiences. Those with profiles with over 85% completion will receive priority viewing than those who have not.
